To assist you with our full capacity, we need to know you at your best. In order to be fully prepared we do : 

Questionnaires : We will send you the questionnaire as our backgroundinformation to personalize your wedding. That includes knowing your family practices and culture as we know every family have different traditions in doing weddings. We are opened to learn and making it happen.

Ideas : We will share some ideas and narrow it down to decide your theme. With unlimited consultation, you can ask anything pertaining to the Big Day.

Vendors : We have known them well, but you have not. Some vendors are good at one thing, while some are good at the other things. So we pick some of the options according to compatibility. Consider us like your match-maker. With that, we liaise all the reports, preparation, and making sure that information is distributed relevantly. 

Preparation : Monitoring if there’s any changes and gathering latest information. This include if there is a change in guests numbers, or you think that you want to add “something blue” to your flowers, or someone is allergic to Peanuts and you need to inform the catering vendor. 

Last Meeting : This is to coordinate everything, and just making sure we are not missing any bit of information. This is also the time we set up for the Rehearsal schedule.
